Special guide
Ross Findlay (Director of the Niseko Adventure Center)
Ross graduated from the University of Canberra in Australia with a degree in Sports Studies. He established the Niseko Adventure Center (NAC) in March 1995 and has experience as a ski instructor/guide, sports tester, fitness programmer, and sports coordinator for people with disabilities in the United States, Switzerland, Japan, and Australia. He has participated in various sports including football, karate, swimming, track and field, mogul skiing, and rodeo kayaking. Recently, Ross has been participating in many road cycle races. He has also served as a representative of the Japan Tourism Agency and as a member of the Hokkaido Tourism Council.
